DPLA brings light to Lebanese around the world

Part of the Project’s mission is to create an accessible and searchable archive of materials that illustrate the history of the Lebanese-American experience in North Carolina. For almost 4 years, we’ve worked with the community to populate the archive in the face of NC-based cultural institutions like libraries and museums that never collected these materials.…

History Weekend a great success

This weekend!

History Weekend starts TODAY! We’ll begin with a screening of 2007 Lebanese filmĀ CaramelĀ on Friday, May 2 at 7pm in Withers Hall at NC State University campus. On Saturday, May 3 at 10am, Professor Rashid Khalidi will be speaking on the future of the Middle East in Withers Hall, Room 232 at NC State University campus.
